Exchange frames

You may experience frames that aren't selling as good as you hoped for. Our exchange ratio program allows opticians to exchange frames with ease, providing them with greater flexibility and convenience in managing their inventory. Under this program, opticians can exchange frames based on a predetermined ratio, which is based on your loyalty level.

BASED ON YOUR LOYALTY LEVEL

• Loyalty level bronze, exchange ratio 1:5. This means that for every 5 frames you ordered, you may exchange one frame.
• Loyalty level silver, exchange ratio 1:4. This means that for every 4 frames you ordered, you may exchange one frame.
• Loyalty level gold, exchange ratio 1:3. This means that for every 3 frames you ordered, you may exchange one frame.
• Loyalty level platinum, exchange ratio 1:2. This means that for every 2 frames you ordered, you may exchange one frame.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

As an optician you can simply select frames from our extensive collection and enjoy the flexibility of exchanging them for different styles, sizes, or colors as needed. Follow these steps to make it work: 

STEP 1. Fill in the form below and press submit.

STEP 2. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email. 

STEP 3. Pack the frames you would like to exchange and send it to:

Toussaintkade 72, 2513 CL, The Hague - The Netherlands

STEP 4. Once we received the frames, we will refund you or provide you with shop credit.

STEP 5. You are now required to place a new order based on your exchange ratio.
