Shipping

Shipments inside the Benelux take 1-3 working days. Shipments inside the EU take 3-5 working days.

Shipments within the Benelux and the EU are free of charge.

Shipments outside the EU can take up to 10 working days to deliver with a flat rate of € per shipment. 

We work with DHL, UPS and POSTNL.

Exchanges & Returns

Johnny Loco offers free returns on all orders, within 14 days after receiving your order. Arrange your returns here.

Please be informed that we do charge a 5% back-to-stock fee.

Yes, you can. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hrs from when you placed your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please go back to your dashboard and click 'change my order' or 'cancel my order’.

Payments

No you don't have to pay immediately after placing your order, but you can. Alternatively, you may choose to pay via an invoice after placing your order or accept SEPA (inside the EU only).

In order to arrange a SEPA agreement with Johnny Loco, you need to authorize us to collect funds from your bank. Download our SEPA authorization form here.
